Warren J. Pennington was born Dec. 23, 1862 and passed June 24, 1943.   Warren was a farmer his entire life.  He married Grace E. Weller (18 Aug 1876 - 10 Jun 1946) - the daughter of the same Sidney L. Weller that his older sister Eva later married after Grace's mother Sarah E. Inwood died.

The farm below is where Warren and Grace lived after their marriage.  It sits on the south side of 9 mile road.  Before Warren lived here... this land was registered to A. J. Provin (1876) and W. Whitney (1876).  The 1907 plot map shows Warren having expanded his acreage on the north side of the street - an additional 40 acres.

The farm and house below replaced the old farm house that sat on the SE corner of Warren's lot.  This is the home where all of Warren and Grace's children were raised.  The home was eventually given to Lyle and his family.
